X-ray diffraction pattern and Raman spectrum authenticate the monoclinic P21/n structure of polycrystalline Pr$_2$ZnMnO$_6$ (PZM) synthesized by solid-state reaction technique. The photoemission suggests existence oxygen vacancy in PZM, which plays a crucial role electrical conduction as well electrochemical behavior. two different mechanisms (such nearest-neighbor hopping (NNH) Mott variable range (MVRH)) is observed from investigation dc conductivity studies, dielectric relaxation, impedance analysis PZM. It found that below 580 K, there transition NNH to MVRH due decrease activation energy. constant phase element model used correlate Nyquist plot electric modulus bulk PZM electrode exhibits intercalated pseudocapacitive nature offers an efficient specific capacitance 69.14 F/g at charge discharge currents 2 A/g aqueous solution 1 M KOH. storage mechanism has been analyzed discussed.
